REGISTRATION

There are no more Registration events scheduled at this time, but you can still register via mail for the 2010 Season.

 

Registration fees for tackle football are now $400 and $175 for our flag division. You can download a registration form and mail all completed forms to: NMJAAF, 1048 Irvine Ave., #715, Newport Beach, CA  92660.  Please include a check made payable to NMJAAF.  Make sure your child's name is exactly the way it is on their birth certificate.

 

Once your registration form is received by NMJAAF, we will then create a league contract that will need to be signed by a parent. You will also be responsible for having your own doctor do a physical and sign this contract before your Seahawk will be eligible to practice beginning on July 26th. Our Player Agent, Kim Barbato, will contact you to make arrangements to get the contract to you, or you can email her at kimberlybuckles@me.com for any updates. You will also need to provide proof of residency and an original birth certificate for first time Seahawks .


One last thing, if you own a Seahawk helmet and plan to use it for the 2010 season, and it has a certification date of 2008 or before, it must be re-certified/reconditioned per OCJAAF rules. Or If you own a helmet that you'd like repainted for the 2010 season, it also must be re-certified. Please bring any helmet that requires re-certification with you on April 18th weigh-ins or contact our Equipment Manager, Mark Meisenheimer at markmeis@grandschateaux.com, and for $27 we can send your helmet in for painting and/or recertification. All helmets must be certified every 2 years.
